Talkin’ Tasty Eats! L.A. Restaurants of the 20′s N’ 30′s- a presentation featuring the Pig ‘N Whistle.

Take a day to take your taste buds back to the days of classic Hollywood restaurants of the 1920′s & 1930′s like Melody Lane, Musso’s, and the Pig ‘N Whistle with author of “Pig ‘N Whistle” Veronica Gelakoska, and Los Angeles magazines Chris Nichols.
They’ll be doing at presentation on classic eateries, and then enjoy a tale of building a classic eatery with everyone’s favorite restauranteur , Joan Crawford in “Mildred Pierce”.We will get it all started at the Egyptian Theater this Saturday, June 16th @ 2pm with Veronica signing her book, “Pig ‘N Whistle”, and the presentation, then the film starts at 3 pm. I’m told there will be delicious pie for sale, and you know you don’t want to miss Joan and pie!
